For one of our clients based in Cracow, we are currently looking for an experienced IT Sales Specialist who is passionate about building relationships, generating new business, and working with innovative technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Developing new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships in the IT sector;

- Performing regular outbound calls to potential customers and building a strong sales pipeline;
- Presenting IT products and services in a clear, value-driven way;
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance indicators;
- Keeping CRM data accurate and up to date;
- Monitoring market trends, competitors, and industry developments;
- Contributing loyalty-related expertise to client proposals (if applicable).
Key requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in IT sales;
- Excellent spoken and written English;
- Proven background in cold calling and lead generation;
- Strong focus on KPI-driven performance;
- Well-developed negotiation and relationship-building skills;
- Experience in loyalty programs or solutions (a strong plus);
- Ability to prepare professional PowerPoint presentations;
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
