For over a dozen years he has been involved in recruitment projects for managerial positions and executive search; moreover, he has been an excellent interpersonal coach. In the HR Project he is responsible for recruitment projects, design and implementation of personnel strategies. Privately, he likes to spend his free time in the mountains and walking early in the morning in Krakow, hence his knowledge of the obwarzanek stands and groceries.
