In connection with the entry into force of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the so-called GDR)) in the European Union, we would like to inform you how and what data we collect in our recruitment processes:

Purposes of the processing and legal basis

Your data will be processed for recruitment purposes to a specific position pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (to take action at the request of the data subject prior to the conclusion of an agreement). If you additionally agree to the processing of your personal data for the future, your data will be processed for the purpose of future recruitment pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) (consent).

Recipients of personal data

The recipients of personal data may be persons participating in the recruitment process, employed by the Administrator on a B2B basis or under an order contract.

Processing period

In case of an application for the current recruitment, the data is processed until the end of the recruitment process. If you give your consent to the processing for future recruitment, your data will be processed until your consent is withdrawn, unless you use another, equivalent means, e.g.: you submit a request to delete your data.

Your rights

You have the right to access and rectify the contents of your data, to obtain copies, to delete, to restrict the processing, to transfer the data and to object – in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GIPS).

Revocation of consent

If you consent to the processing of your personal data in future recruitment processes, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing.

Complaint to the Authority

You have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, and after 25 May 2018, you have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection. Provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the so-called ODR).

Voluntary provision of data and consent

Submitting data is voluntary but necessary in order to carry out the ongoing recruitment process. Consent for processing in connection with subsequent recruitment is voluntary, but failure to do so will not lead to processing in other recruitment processes than the current one.
